Items will not be accepted for a refund if tags have been removed or items are returned after the 14 day period.

When we receive the order back, we will refund the order back onto the original method of payment.

Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 7 working days for your bank to complete, this is down to your individual bank and is not the responsibility of Georgia May Fashion Ltd.

We cannot accept responsibility for any lost items in the post, so please use a secure method of return such as Royal Mail. You are responsible for your own postage costs to return items.

Sale Return Policy

You are welcome to return your sale item(s) within 1 working day but this will be for a credit note only.

NO REFUND ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS FAULTY.

Faulty Returns

Please email rachel@georgiamay.shop with the description of the fault and return to the same address as above.

If you receive a faulty item we will refund any postage charges, the amount will be in accordance with our standard delivery charges.

Online In-store Returns

We offer in-store returns, simply bring your item(s) back and your order confirmation email for refund or credit note.

In-store Returns Policy

If you have bought an item In store. You have the right to return it in up to 14 days. As long as the items are in the same condition as purchased with tags on. You must bring your receipt as proof of purchase or an email or text with the order number on it. A credit note will be given out for your return . The credit note is valid for a year.

If the goods are faulty then a refund or credit note can be given.

If the goods are in the sale and bought in store then a credit note will be given for your return.
