Online Returns

We hope you love your purchase from Georgia May Fashion. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your item(s) in accordance with UK consumer legislation.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return your item(s), and a further 14 days to return them to us.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned:

  • In their original condition.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • With all original tags attached.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if an item is returned showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund once it has been issued.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Georgia May Fashion Ltd cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Sale Items
Sale items purchased online may be returned within the timeframes outlined above and will be refunded to the original payment method, provided they are returned in accordance with this policy.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing rachel@georgiamay.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs where possible

We will review the matter and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase is provided.
